DESCRIPTION:ASIA will return to Downtown Akron Partnership’s Sakura Festival on April 4\, 2026 with a NEW DONATION DRIVE!\n\n\n\nWith spring rain comes spring cleaning\, and a lesser known but great need for our neighbors facing food insecurity is hygiene products.\n\n\n\nThis April\, bring hygiene products to our tent at Downtown Sakura Festival. We are seeking:\n\n\n\nSoap/Body wash\nToothbrush and toothpaste\nFloss\nBody lotion\nMenstrual pads\nInfant diapers\nAntiperspirant\, and more\n\n\n\nWith your support\, families can receive vital toiletries and personal care products to stay clean\, healthy\, and confident. \n\n\n\nWe are thrilled to offer another raffle prize giveaway for our donation drive at the Downtown Sakura Festival! Thanks to the donations of our Board of Directors\, we are offering the prize of a $100 LEGO gift card to one lucky winner. Donate hygiene products to our table at Lock 2 and receive raffle tickets!\n\n\n\nCan’t attend the festival but want to participate? You can donate through our Amazon wish list or drop products off at our Akron office!

DESCRIPTION:Join Downtown Akron Partnership and celebrate the Year of the Horse at the 2026 Downtown Akron Lunar New Year Celebration!\n\nOn Saturday\, February 28\, venue doors open at 3:30 pm for the Culture Fair featuring local vendors\, information booths\, free crafts\, festive photo opportunities\, and more.\n\nASIA will be tabling at the Culture Fair and collecting non-perishable food donations to support our food pantry from 3:30PM-6PM.
