The Phoenix is a redevelopment of the former Ace Fixtures building into office and R&D space to continue the leasing momentum along the Health Tech Corridor. Building improvements will include exterior restoration, roof repairs, exterior paint, new windows, and building systems replacement. The Phoenix Building is the home of Hemingway Development’s offices.
