2nd Northeast Ohio Regional Chinese Teachers Conference

The Ohio Association of Teachers of Chinese (OATC)  is hosting the second Northeast Ohio Regional Chinese Teachers Conference on Saturday Dec. 18th, 2010 from  2:00pm-6:00pm, location to be determined.  This conference is a networking opportunity for teachers of Chinese Language and Culture and those preparing to become teachers.   It will be conducted mainly in Chinese.  The following topics will be discussed:

(1) STARTALK Teachers Training Experiences- 王琇珮、陳苾儂、張真娜

(2) Classroom Management- 戴淑玲、朱先揚

(3) Introduction to AP Chinese- 林埃蘭、陳寧

(4) How to Promote Chinese Program- (Moderator: 朱先揚)

(5) Swap shop: Teaching Ideas- (Tentatively 賀靜馨、李秋暉、吳靜靜、陳鳳珠)

(6) MOPI Modified Oral Proficiency Interview- 李慧瑛、王美玲

(7) 漢辦2010國外漢語教師教材培訓- 黃靜玲、張寧倫、章世瑩

(8)  How to Stay Organized as a Travelling Teacher- Tamula Drumm
