Chicago Mayor welcomes immigrants; key to economic development

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel welcomes immigrants in the video posted below.  He sees this as both an expression of the city’s values and economic development.  Calling immigrants the “lifeblood” and the “economic engine” of the city of Chicago, Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced a new office to help immigrants open small businesses.
