Monday, January 27th, the Fast for Families Across America Tour will be announced at press conferences in Washington DC and Hamilton, Ohio (part of Speaker Boehner’s district). Dae Joong (DJ) Yoon from NAKASEC will be speaking at the DC press event, and Michael Byun from Asian Services in Action at the Ohio event.

The two events aim to have AAPI speakers present throughout the tour to share immigration stories and address immigration issues from diverse perspectives. To ensure that the AAPI community is represented and their stories are heard, there will be a Fast for Families National AAPI Committee call in February.
