Scholarships Available: English for Heritage Language Speakers Program at Georgetown University

English for Heritage Language Speakers (EHLS) is an adult scholarship program for native speakers of specific languages, including Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu, who are interested in working for the U.S. federal government.  EHLS offers advanced English and career classes to help students prepare for these opportunities.  The program takes place at Georgetown University and lasts 8 months.  Tuition is covered by a complete scholarship paid for by the U.S. government.

EHLS will hold two more informational Webinars in June before the application deadline.  Webinars are live, online information sessions with EHLS staff.  Webinar 2 will provide a description of the program and the admissions process.  Webinar 3 will focus on the online application.
