Survey Opportunity for Community Health Assessment

Asian Services in Action, Inc. is pleased to announce a survey opportunity for residents of Summit County.   Akron Children’s Hospital, Akron General Health System and Summa Health System have joined forces to conduct a community health assessment of their core service area.  They are interested in discovering what residents think are the most important factors in improving their own health.  A full community health report will be available to the public at the end of the year.  To take the survey online, click here.

ASIA is pleased to be a part of this joint community project and will host a focus group at the Akron office on August 23rd with the help of Roundriver Consulting.  The focus group will allow Asian residents to voice their opinions about health needs in their community.
