As of March 2010, changes to the food code were added that require all new food shop operators to have at least one “Person in Charge” on duty at all times. This Free 3-hour Level One Training will cover the basics of Asian food safety, introduce attendees to the latest healthy food trends occurring in restaurants across the state and off-site food service safety.
