MVOF347x130

Got gangnam style?

You could win: a $1,000 Grand Prize, $600 First Prize, $400 Second Prize, or Honorable Mention!

Are you ready to translate the fun into rocking the vote?

My Vote Our Future’s 2012 Video Contest’s big theme is GET OUT THE VOTE. Why is voting important? What motivates you to vote? What do you feel is at stake this November for you personally and this country?

Show us your style, whether you want to do a parody video, go “gangnam,” lipdub, or flash mob, or anything else your creativity can come up with to encourage youth voters to go to the polls and vote this November.

My Vote, Our Future‘s mission is to promote full voting of all eligible immigrants, youth 18-25, parents and low-income communities. These groups are all typically underrepresented among voters in every election.

Inspire us. Challenge us. Make us laugh! Most important, move us to act!

Who Can Participate?  This contest is open to any resident of the United States of America.

Rules & Eligibility:  Videos can be up to 60 seconds in length and will be used to encourage everyone to vote throughout our friends and affiliated groups across the country.  You cannot show illegal activity and we will not post videos that are inappropriate or offensive. Other than that, what you put in your video is up to you (live action, animation, humor, musical, etc).

DEADLINE:  OCTOBER 15
