ASIA, Inc. Submits Comments Opposing Public Charge Proposal

Asian Services In Action, Inc. (ASIA, Inc.) is speaking out against a proposed regulation that would expand the public charge test for people applying for legal residency or entry to the United States with the submission of its official organizational comments. This proposal is yet another attempt to use health care and food programs to radically change longstanding U.S. immigration law, based on keeping families together. The public charge comment period ends today, Monday, December 10, 2018.
