(Cleveland, OH) Asian Services in Action’s International Community Health Center welcomes Mark Rodney, PA-C as a new primary care provider in their Cleveland location. Rodney was onboarded in April 2026 and has begun seeing patients in primary care and family medicine.
Rodney’s first interaction with ASIA’s Federally Qualified Health Clinic was working as a community health worker from 2015 to 2016 before beginning his career as a physician assistant at MetroHealth. He is fluent in English and Arabic, making his language skills a useful asset to his outreach and resettlement work for Cleveland’s Syrian, Iraqi, and Sudanese refugee populations.
“A big part of [my] enthusiasm to ICHC [is] ...it’s much more of an intimate clinic and has the strong community health focus,” said Rodney. “And I've always appreciated how much social service support and support in ensuring follow up there is here. For example, when we refer patients to have imaging done or other see specialists, the fact that we help make sure that they are scheduled. And if there are transportation barriers or other issues, that they are resolved...that really attracts me to working here, feeling like comprehensive care can be provided.”
Rodney is currently accepting new patients at Cleveland ICHC on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The clinic’s address is 2999 Payne Avenue #140, Cleveland, OH 44114. The clinic accepts patients with private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or without health insurance; payment for uninsured patients utilizes a sliding fee scale to keep services affordable for low-income communities.
