ASIA Wants You To Register To Vote By October 9th

The voter registration deadline is next Tuesday, October 9, and we want to make sure that everyone is prepared to vote this election. Thousands in our community have not registered to vote, or updated their voter registration, especially if they recently moved.

I need your help. Can you assist 2 of your closest family members (or friends!) and check their voter registration status? It takes less than a minute.

Visit voterlookup.sos.state.oh.us type in their first name, last name, and county where they are registered. If they pop up, they’re good to go! If not, visit www.asiaohio.org/registertovote and help them complete the form to register to vote before the October 9 deadline!

The ACE Network of Ohio has registered over 1,200 new American voters across the state as part of a coordinated effort to provide voter education aimed at increasing voter turnout and closing the parity gap in Ohio. The ACE Network is the only new American focused civic engagement network in the state focused on increase voter registration rates of immigrant communities.

With the election less than 6 weeks away we want our community to register to vote by Tuesday, October 9 and turn out to vote on Tuesday, November 6. You can cast your ballot in your precinct at your designated polling place between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
