Last Saturday ASIA youth joined 475,700 youth volunteers in 100 countries to participate in Global Youth Service Day (April 15-17 2011). Over 4,000 projects were completed including Midtown Cleveland Inc‘s “Keep MidTown Clean” street clean-up to keep MidTown a visually appealing area. Located between Downtown and University Circle, Midtown is a key area in the revitalization of Cleveland and home to ASIA’s Cleveland office.
Our youth also helped with Koinonia’s Spring Fling dance. Koinonia partners with people with developmental disabilities to achieve healthy, fulfilling, and enriched lives.
