Asian American Youth Take Part in Kick Butts Day in Ohio

Members of the Asian American Youth Council of Dayton participated in a visit organized by the American Lung Association in Ohio to the state capitol to educate legislators about the importance of tobacco prevention funding and high rates of youth smoking. Youth dressed as zombies and urged other youth not to “be a zombie to tobacco” — by not thinking for themselves, mindlessly following the tobacco industry, and becoming addicted to tobacco.
