ASIA staff member Matthew Gee participated in Channel 19’s Access Your Benefits Telethon on April 11. The telethon volunteers took 732 calls from 11am until 7pm making this telethon among the most successful ever for 19 Action News.
Matthew is an Americorps volunteer through the Ohio Benefit Bank and a certified Access Your Benefits counselor. He helps to enroll seniors in important benefit programs. Matthew has been with ASIA for over 10 years, originally as a young student in our Community Adult Mentoring program and continued to become a leader of our youth programs.
