ASIA is proud to announce a partnership with Mustard Seedmustard seek Market & Cafe showcasing the White Gourd. There will be a mini tasting as well as White Gourds for sale grown right from ASIA’s HAPI Fresh Farm! White Gourd is frequently used in Southern Chinese cuisine as either a stir-fry or in a soup; in India as ‘lauki channa’, and in Japan it is most commonly sold in the form of dried, marinated strips known as kanpyō.
