FREE Naturalization Legal Assistance Services at ASIA

As part of the Northeast Ohio Citizenship Integration Program (NOCIP), ASIA is providing FREE* naturalization assistance services to all eligible legal permanent residents (LPRs), or green card holders.  These services include naturalization eligibility screening, citizenship-related legal consultation, and legal representation for eligible LPRs in N-400 cases.

These free naturalization legal assistance services are made possible by a two-year grant from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

*No legal fee (i.e. attorney fee) will be charged, but each program participant will be responsible for his or her own N-400 application/biometrics fee ($680), as well as any expenses arising from his or her case preparation/submission, unless he or she is eligible for a fee waiver (I-912).
