This is a yoga workshop which takes place in Hsin-ya’s home and will be a Women’s Circle, intimate and nurturing. The workshop will be focusing on a Detox Set (detoxing physically, emotionally, psychologically & spiritually), followed by a meditative art project, creating a group mandala using Mother Earth materials. There will be homemade lavender and rose French sodas along with organic goodies. The evening closes with a unified prayer to bless everyone on the paths to detox things in lives that no longer serve people.
