Fund-a-Need: Language Access Support
As one of the fastest growing population groups in the U.S., Asian American and Pacific Islander community is facing tremendous language barriers. Without proper language assistance, many of our community members are living in silence and isolation. The proceeds of our 2014 Gala and Fundraiser will go towards ASIA’s Interpreting and Translation Services Program that provides critical language assistance. Please kindly join us in this good cause and address the basic need for language access that is essential for daily life yet continues to be a key issue
All proceeds from our 2014 Gala and Fundraiser will be applied directly to the programs which support our mission: empowering and advocating for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPIs); providing AAPIs access to quality, culturally, and linguistically appropriate information and services.
