Cleveland – 3631 Perkins Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 — Please park at the parking lot east of the building. You can enter the building through the side door up the ramp. When you arrive at the door, dial ASIA’s extension and we will buzz you into the building. Our office is located on the 2nd floor. You may take the elevator or walk up the steps which are next to the elevator. When you get off the elevator, turn left and then turn left again. The interpreter will gain knowledge about the Affordable Care Act and understand what to expect while interpreting at an appointment.
There will be a 1.5-hour presentation that will provide information on the Affordable Care Act and common terminology used. Participants will receive a “Certificate of Completion” for completing the training. Only ASIA interpreters who complete the training will be contracted to interpret for ASIA Affordable Care Act Outreach/Education and Enrollment appointments. The following topics will be covered:
