Princeton Prize in Race Relations Awards Ceremony

The Cleveland Committee of the Princeton Prize in Race Relations invites the community to an awards ceremony honoring three Cleveland-area students on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the Tudor Arms Hotel (Doubletree).

The evening will feature the Honorable Solomon Oliver, Jr., chief judge of the federal district court for the Northern District of Ohio, as guest speaker.  This year’s Cleveland Princeton Prize winner, a musician, will open the program with a piece on the Chinese zither.

The Princeton Prize in Race Relations is a program that recognizes high school students who are making a significant, positive impact on race relations in their schools and communities.  The Prize was launched in Cleveland just last year at the City Club.  See video of the inaugural ceremony here.
