Hosted by The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio in partnership with University Hospitals Office of Diversity and Inclusion, “Reshaping Cultural Competence” is a professional development seminar to further healthcare providers’ understanding of the impact identity has within the healthcare system. Participants will be better prepared to address unconscious bias, microaggressions, and inequities within their departments to increase patient satisfaction and retention.

Seminar panelists will include ASIA’s very own Sujata Burgess, Manager of Community Health Promotions!

First 30 registered participants receive free parking; lunch provided for all participants.
